Neal Koni has over 20 years of executive-level experience in the commercial, industrial, corporate and residential real estate industry. His broad range of experience includes commercial/industrial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, site selection, asset management, distressed property workouts, project development and management, marketing, business development and sales and management consulting.
Neal has project managed multiple residential and mixed-use development projects/properties for a progressive, premier lake front/riverfront developer in Florida and internationally. He managed new development projects from conceptualization through governmental approval processes (entitlements), financing, site planning, engineering and architectural design phases, construction, marketing, sales and ongoing property management.
He has held direct and shared management accountability for over $2 billion in real estate assets of operational and corporate real estate holdings/interests for a Fortune 200 Corporation and has consulted, trained and coached both financial management and operational process optimization to executives, managers and staff personnel throughout the country.
As a founder of the KK, he has directed all phases of real estate management and disposition for a $3 billion lending institution's REO (real estate owned) portfolio of residential, commercial, development and resort properties acquired through foreclosure. In this position he directed appraisals, disposition alternatives analysis, value-enhancement efforts, marketing and sales initiatives as well as final negotiations, property management and general administration of a rolling ~$50MM portfolio.
Neal is licensed real estate broker in 3 continents and has been involved with transactions and commercial/industrial real estate negotiations and management in 23 countries, and financing and investments internationally. He has volunteered nearly 20 years to service organizations and non-for-profit groups developing personal business skills and leadership expertise. He is pursuing his private pilot license and enjoys sailing, snow and water skiing.

Bob has been responsible for guiding the award winning design initiatives of the firm, along with advancing the firm's international recognition through each of its principle specialties, housing, hospitality, and mixed use.
In that capacity, has facilitated numerous design work shops aimed at identifying branding strategies, business plan, market positions focus, program objectives, character of themes and marketing strategies.

Sam is an electrical engineer with over ten years of experience. He has considerable experience in Project and Workforce Management. He has been involved in a variety of projects and assignments. His responsibilities have included electrical system design, evaluation, coordination and inspection for different types of buildings and multi-disciplinary projects. He has experience navigating the OSHPD permit and construction process.
In addition, Sam is well versed in the analysis, evaluation, review, and presentation of technical data. He has successfully managed the activities of project groups and work teams that consist of facility occupants, contractors, and other external agencies. He is experienced in planning, developing, investigating, preparing, and implementing concepts, preliminary and final designs, specifications, scopes of work, and cost estimates. He has dedicated a good deal of his time conducting site visits, trials, and inspections in order to determine design requirements and to participate in site visits meant to initiate and resolve technical issues. Randy Lallament

Randy Lallament is Creative Director at Koni Konsultants. Prior to joining the consulting and marketing agency, he was Senior Designer at the renowned design firm of Vignelli Associates in New York City. In that position, he worked on projects for clients including Xerox, Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, International Design Center/New York, The American Institute of Architects and Columbia University. His work has received numerous awards from such organizations as the American Institute of Graphic Arts, Graphics, Communication Arts, The Society of Publication Designers and the Art Director's Club of Orlando.
Mr. Lallament has expertise in advertising, signage development, exhibit design, leasing collateral initiatives, overall strategic planning, alternative income structuring and site usage evaluation for over 80 retail, entertainment and mixed-use projects over the past fourteen years including the planning of urban areas in Orlando, Kansas City, Pittsburgh, Nashville and San Salvador. Cuno is a native of Germany. He has more than 40 years of experience in Financing products and International Business Development. He started his professional career after he graduated from Kiel, Germany and served in the military. He developed his Shipping Business Career in Hamburg, London and France for more than 20 years where he became the President of a French Shipping Company in Paris and expanded the activities of this group throughout five Continents.
Due to his knowledge in Banking, Commodity Trading and Insurance services, provided him a wide range of contacts within the World of Business and Financial Services, thus, offering a fully comprehensive service to all of Koni Konsultants clientele.
His experience and background in these areas has allowed him to provide tailor-made solutions and strategic applications for Finance and Investment for Projects and Business Transactions.
He developed a vast array of clientele including high profile personalities and businessmen, International Organizations, Financial Institutions, Financial Companies, as well as Corporate and Sovereign Entities in the Middle East, Europe and beyond which became an asset for Koni Konsultants to achieve its goals to develop real estate development and investment projects in Europe and the MENA region. .
